Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Menthols, Rubbing Alcohol, Essential Oils.

Essential Oils Used: Eucalyptus and Spearmint Essential Oils.

How to use: Place one in the corner of the shower. The water activates the fizzing reaction and releases the oils into the air. This will help your congestion and to  be able to breathe better.
